Monet Mazur Biography
Monet Mazur is a renowned American film and television actress best known for her appearance in Torque, Monster-in-Law, Stoned, Dead Man Running, and Just Married. In addition, she has appeared in several television shows such as Castle, CSI: Miami, Cold Case, Chuck, Strange World, and Rizzoli & Isles.
Mazur started her modeling and acting career in her teens. One of her most well-known ad campaigns are the three television commercials for Gap she did in 1999. “Everybody in Cords”, “Everybody in Leather” and “Everybody in Vests” in which she sings. These were directed by Adam Daelay.
In the first 2009 season of the television series NCIS: Los Angeles, Monet appeared in a single episode as a Secret Service agent who is enamored with Chris O’Donnell’s lead character. Although it was potentially a recurring role, Mazur did not appear in the series. She appeared in three episodes, over 2009 and 2010 of Castle as Gina, the publisher, and ex-wife of character Richard Castle.
She has recently been playing Laura Baker in The CW drama series, All America, which premiered in October 2018. The series was renewed for a fourth season in February 2021.
