Nicole Koglin Biography
Nicole Koglin is an American journalist who is currently working for CBS58 as an anchor and reporter. She joined the station in August 2021. Prior to joining the CBS58 News team, she was a journalist for 15 years working at FOX 6 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Koglin is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Journalism School. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and is a proud Badger who still makes it back to campus for UW football games.
After graduation, she started her career as a tv news reporter in the small town of Idaho Falls, Idaho. There she worked in the local news station and reported from the field. She later moved on to Springfield, Missouri and in September 2004, she was hired by FOX6 Wisconsin. She accepted that offer and signed up the contract for the station’s number 1 local morning show – WakeUp. After getting a role in FOX 6 Nicole grabbed lots of attention from the public. Nicole then made her position in Fox 6’s lifestyle show Real Milwaukee along with Rob Haswell, Kim Murphy, Angelica Duria, and Jessob Reisbeck.

Later on, her career took the next step and she rose from being a greenhorn traffic reporter to co-hosting FOX6’s lifestyle. Initially, Nicole was seen regularly in the morning newscast “Fox 6 Wake Up News” and used to read the traffic reports. After some time Nicole was promoted to a weekend anchor for the same morning show.
However, in the year 2020, she made an announcement that she has decided to leave the station and TV news after 15 years. The news was announced on the morning news show, penning a statement on FOX 6’s website as well as another post on both Instagram and Facebook. In August 2021, she joined the CBS58 News team as an anchor and reporter where she is currently working.
