Perry Noble Biography
Perry Noble is an American author, preacher, and senior pastor of the Second Chance Church. He is the founder of NewSpring Church in Anderson, South Carolina. He founded the church in January 2000. Noble attended and graduated from Anderson University in the class of 1994 with a degree in communication.
In January 2000, he founded NewSpring Church in Anderson, South California. He started a new Church in Anderson in 2018 and opened as a church plant in January 2019 under the name Second Chance Church.
During a Christmas Eve service in 2014, he sparked an incident regarding the use of what appeared to be the word nigger. Following a sermon he delivered on Christmas Eve, a controversy arose regarding his wording at the beginning of his message. Perry made a claim stating that there was no Hebrew word for “command,” which in fact, there was. Much pressure was put on him and on NewSpring Church for this mistake. Most notably, he later apologized.
