Joanna Marie “Pinky” Pagaspas Webb is a Filipina broadcast journalist who presently works for CNN Philippines. She was born on June 11, 1970. She is the sister of Jason and Hubert Webb and the daughter of Freddie Webb.

Pinky was the inaugural news anchor of ANC Primetime News (1999–2004) and Dateline Philippines (2004–2014) and the host of Umagang Kay Ganda, XXX: Exklusibong, Explosibong, Exposé (from 2008 until the show terminated) and TV Patrol Weekend during her time at ABS-CBN.

On weekdays alongside Ted Failon on DZMM, Pinky was a radio co-anchor of Radyo Patrol Balita Alas Kwatro and the radio commentary program Tambalang Failon at Webb. Webb resigned from ABS-CBN on May 9, 2015, according to The Philippine Star.

In 2016, Webb joined CNN Philippines. In a tweet, the network confirmed her move. Moreover, on April 4, 2016, she made her CNN Philippines debut as the first anchor of the company’s Filipino-language newscast, Balitaan.
