Rick Gigsby is an American Award-winning journalist, author, motivational speaker, minister, and the President and CEO of Rick Rigsby Communications. He is an internationally acclaimed speaker who presents to the top companies worldwide.

Gigsby followed his journalism career with graduate school and two decades as a college professor. Mostly, he worked at Texas A&M University where he also worked as a character coach and chaplain for the Aggies football team. He got massive recognition after delivering a motivational speech at the California University Maritime Academy in 2017; his speech went viral shortly after the event.

Rick is a favorite among professional and collegiate sports organizations. A former Award-winning professor, Rick spent over two decades teaching at various colleges. In addition, he was hired by legendary football icon R. C. Slocum as chaplain and Life Skills coach for the Aggies football team.
