He was also the founder and managing member of Porter Building LLC for 4 years and 1 month. Roger served as the Project Manager of Tioga Construction Inc. for 5 years since 2000. In addition, he was the founder, master brewer, and restaurant manager of Smuggler’s Brewpub for 4 years.
Schaefer attended Colgate University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1994.
