Ross Lord is a Canadian journalist who is currently a Senior Digital Broadcast Journalist and Global Nations’ Atlantic correspondent, based in Halifax. He joined the media business in 1984, after realizing it might be better than a “real job”.
After a period of 6 years in radio news and sports, he switched to cover court and legislature beats for MITV in Nova Scotia. Since joining Global National in 1998, he has covered a wide range of stories throughout the four East Coast provinces. He has covered foods, fires, fossils, to snowstorms, submarines, shopping, etc.
