Sharrie Williams is a well-known American journalist who is currently employed with PHL17’s Action News at 5 and Action News at 10. In March 2014, William joined the Action News team as an anchor for the 5:00 p.m. program and a reporter for Action News at 11 p.m.

Sharrie’s work is based on thorough reporting, both in the studio and on location. She reported live from Philadelphia on numerous major stories, including the 2017 NFL Draft, the 2016 Democratic National Convention, and Pope Francis’ 2015 visit to the World Meeting of Families.

She has also toured the country, covering the first Presidential Debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, as well as President Trump’s inauguration.
