Prokupecz was part of the Emmy-nominated team who documented the FBI raid on Roger Stone’s house in 2019. He was born and raised in the Brooklyn neighborhood of New York City. Shimon entered and graduated from Hunter College. He worked as a paralegal in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office after school.
Shimon was previously posted in the network’s Washington, D.C., bureau, where he played a key role in reporting the investigation into Russian election intervention.
