Vincent Cassel is a renowned French actor. He rose to fame for his work in the film La Haine for which he received two César Awards, for Best Actor and Most Promising Actor. He is also known for his role in movies like Ocean’s Twelve, Eastern Promise, Black Swan, Jason Bourne, and Westworld.

Cassel was born and raised in Paris, France. He become recognized in 1995 in the film La Haine in which he portrayed a troubled youth living in the deprived outskirts of Paris. For his role in La Haine, Cassel was nominated for two César Awards, for Best Actor and Most Promising Actor. The following year, he played opposite Monica Bellucci in the moody French film L’Appartement, in which was a successful film after it was released.
