Alexandra Burnley is an American journalist working as a news anchor for 5News in Fayetteville, Arkansas, On-site. She anchors 4, 5, 6, and 10 p.m. shows Monday through Friday. Moreover, she also reports weekly with the 5NEWS “VERIFY” segment that answers viewers’ questions on local issues. Additionally, Burnley is a co-host of the “5NEWS Vault” series, showcasing news stories the station has covered over the past 70 years. Formerly, she worked at FOX21 KQDS-DT in Duluth, Minnesota as the main anchor for 4 years.

In December 2016, Alexandra then joined WFRV and WJMN Television Station Inc. as a Reporter and Fill-in Anchor at Greenbay, WI. She worked as a nightside reporter covering breaking news, crime, city council, and more. Moreover, she also became a fill-in anchor after spending months coming in on days off to practice on the desk. In her career at the station, she was nominated for an Emmy for live reporting.
