Alexis McAdams Biography
Alexis McAdams is an American journalist who has served as General Assignment Reporter for ABC WLS-Channel 7 since November 2018. Prior to joining ABC WLS-Channel 7, she worked as a reporter for FOX59 and CBS4 News. McAdams joined the two stations in April 2015 and has been working with the two TV stations to date.
Prior to working at FOX59 and CBS4 News, Alexis worked at WTVO-TV and WQRF-TV in Rockford Illinois, as the lead reporter and weekend anchor. She was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. She attended Illinois State University graduating with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism in 2013.
