Algernong Allen is an American Entrepreneur, realtor, and community activist who is famous as the husband of Ann-Marie Green, a New York-based anchor and reporter. Allen is currently a real estate broker associate for Keller Williams Philly the Greater Philadelphia Area since February 2018.
Algernong is a proud graduate of Hampton University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance, General in 1994. He also graduated from New York University in 2017 with a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate.
After school, Allen joined GlaxoSmithKline in April 1998 as an Information Technology Infrastructure Consultant. In January 2003, he established Kemlon Marketing LLC. After 6 years with his own venture, Allen also established GBLS LLC in January 2003 where he worked as a Real Estate Developer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Driven by the same entrepreneurial spirit, Algernong established Elena’s Sout, a restaurant located at 4912 Baltimore Avenue, Philadelphia, in 19143. Between July 2013 and May 2014, Allen was a Democratic candidate for District 188 of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
Algernong joined WPEB 88.1 FM in 541 s 52nd street, as a radio host. After spending a year at the station, he moved to work as a Real Estate Sales Person at Exit Benchmark and Sherman Toppin. In addition, Allen served as a realtor for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. At the same time, he worked as a Real Estate Sales Professional for RealtyMark in Marlton, New Jersey.
Currently, Algernong works for both RealtyMark and Keller Williams Philly.
