Amber Hardwick is an American meteorologist currently working at FOX 59 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the United States. She joined the FOX 59 station in March 2018 as a weekend morning meteorologist.
Amber was born and raised in Speedway, Indiana, the United States, and takes a lot of pride in being a Sparkplug! Working as a broadcast meteorologist in Indianapolis is a dream come true as it has been her wish since grade three. She is thrilled to join the team and forecast the weather in her hometown. Before joining FOX 59, Amber was a meteorologist for WLFI in West Lafayette, Indiana.
When she was young, Hardwick was terrified of thunderstorms. However, within time, her fear turned into a life-long passion. She attended Ball State University, graduating with a B.S. degree in operational meteorology and climatology.
