Ana Cabrera is an American journalist, she works as a television news anchor for CNN. Currently, she anchors the weekend primetime edition of CNN Newsroom based in New York. Cabrera is also a part of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists. In addition, she works on the board of directors of Mi Casa Resource Center and has previously served on the board of the American Cancer Society.
Cabrera began working with CNN in 2013 as a correspondent. She then became a member of CNN’s investigative unit. Ana has covered a number of important stories, including Colorado’s recreational marijuana legalization and the Arapahoe High School shooting. She also covered the floods that occurred in September of 2013.
