Andy Allo Biography
Andy Allo is a Cameroonian-American actress, singer, songwriter, and guitarist. She released her first album in 2009 and later joined The New Power Generation, Prince’s band in 2011. Allo appeared in the three episodes of the comedy-drama series, the game where she has a recurring role. She was then given other roles including the lead role of Nora in Upload and a supporting role in Pitch Perfect 3.
Additionally, she did her first solo gig n an open mic night at the Fox& Goose Public House in downtown Sacramento back in 2008. Her first album was called UnFresh which had 12 original songs where the first single featured rapper Blu and was called Dreamland. She rose to fame when she started writing with Prince while on tour. She made collaborations with Prince in three songs in her album called Superconductor.
Moreover, she released her single Tongue Tied in October 2014. In April 2015, she released Hello which was funded through Pledge Music. In addition, she collaborated with Prince on a covers project titled Oui Can Luv. She also appeared in the three episodes of the Comedy drama series The Game. She has also performed her music on the talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live as well as been interviewed on the talk show Attack of the Show.
Apart from appearing in the film Pitch Perfect 3 as Serenity in 2017, she is also a member of the band called Ever moist, alongside Ruby Rose. She has also played Nora in the Amazon Prime TV series Upload. She went to PNEU school Bamenda. Later, she attended Arden Middle School in Sacramento for her seventh grade. In 2006, she graduated from El Camino Fundamental High School in Sacramento. Moreover, she attended American River College in Sacramento.
