Anne-Marie Green is an American news anchor of CBS, best known for her program, the CBS Morning News. She has also served as the main anchor on the Show-Up to the time. Marie is currently based in New York. Anne started her career as a reporter for CKVR-TV in Barrie and at Rogers Cable News in Mississauga, both stationed in Ontario. She also filled in as a news anchor in CITY-TV located in Toronto starting June 2001.
Moreover, Marie also anchored at CablePulse 24, a 24-hour cable news channel broadcasting in the greater part of Toronto. Later in October 2004, she joined KYW-TV (CBS 3) as a general assignment reporter. Still, in the same station, she filled in as a co-anchor for Sunday Morning news broadcast alongside Ben Simoneau.
In October 2012, she became a substitute anchor for CBS News to the Minute. Subsequently, she was named the anchor for the CBS News, early morning news; broadcast CBS Morning News in New York City, starting January 21, 2013.
