She is also popular for her work as a WWE interviewer and ring announcer. Moreover, Arnolt is also a member of Clay Travis founder sports and news platform. Formerly, she was a backup host and moderator on ESPN’s First Take alongside Stephen A. Smith and Molly Qerim until she left in April 2023. Furthermore, Caruso was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States.

Talking about her education, Charly attended North Central High School, where she was involved in sports games such as softball, volleyball, and gymnastics. After that, she enrolled herself at American University in Washington DC where she graduated with a degree in Journalism in 2010. Shortly afterward, she began her professional career, where she did an internship at CBS and FOX stations.

Thereafter, she was hired as a reporter for WSAZ-TV in Huntington, West Virginia. Later after, Arnolt moved and joined WXIN as a freelance reporter before she joined WDAF-TV in Kansas City, Missouri.
