Darren Rovell Biography
Darren Rovell is a renowned American sports business analyst currently working in CNBC as Sports Business Reporter. He reports and analyzes several sports shows on CNBC including Power Lunch, Squawk Box, and Street Signs. Moreover, he is also the author of the “Sports Biz” blog on CNBC.com. Previously, he worked for ESPN.
Rovell went to Roslyn High School and graduated in 1996. Furthermore, he graduated cum laude from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois in 2000, whereby, he is on the advisory board for graduate programs in sports administration. Darren majored in theater. In addition, he also hosted a college radio show about the sports business. He was an intern for FoxSports.com.
