Deneysha Richard Biography
Deneysha Richard is an American journalist who is currently working as a weekend anchor and general assignment reporter for FOX 4 since December 2020. She comes to Kansas City from WIBW-TV in Topeka, Kansas where she was a live morning reporter before joining the desk as a morning anchor.
Prior to her stint in Topeka, she worked as a production assistant with WCIV-TV and volunteered with independent public access news broadcasts. A Kansas native, Deneysha was born in Woodbridge and lived in Fredericksburg before moving to Charleston as a teen. In addition, she attended and graduated from the College of Charleston in 2014 with a degree in Communications.
When off her duties, she likes eating at new restaurants, reading, and volunteering. Her favorite pastime however is camping out on the couch to watch Disney movies with her husband and baby girl. Furthermore, she is excited to be welcomed into the homes of many across the Kansas City metro.
