Rebecca Schuld is an American Meteorologist who currently airs at noon and 4 p.m. from Monday through Friday. A Green Bay native, she is thrilled to continue her career growth in her home state.
In addition, Rebecca’s fascination with weather began as a young child watching storms roll in. This passion later led to her pursuing weather as a career. She graduated with a degree in Environmental Biology from UWGB in 2005. Rebecca has also continued work in Meteorology at the USDA Graduate School.
In early 2010, she was awarded the AMS Seal of Approval from the American Meteorological Society. She also took top honors for “Best Weathercast” in a medium-size market for the 2013 Wisconsin Association Awards. Furthermore, Rebecca competed in the 2012 Dancing with the Stars event, a major fundraiser for the American Red Cross.
Rebecca can be found on-air on weekdays at noon and 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on CBS58. She is passionate about her work and has been heard saying “I love helping others and delivering useful weather information is one way I can do that.”
Besides weather forecasting, she loves spending time outdoors gardening, disc golfing, or playing softball. Nevertheless, she can be found indoors listening to music, playing video games, or cheering the Brewers. In addition, Rebecca loves dancing, and her dream dance partner is Justin Timberlake.
