Elsa Lafuente Medianu also known as Elsa Pataky, is a Spanish model and actress. She is famous for her role as Elena Neves in the Fast & Furious franchise. Medianu is also known for her appearance in films such as Snakes on a Plane, Giallo, Give ‘Em Hell, Malone, and Di Di Hollywood. Prior, she was born and raised in Madrid, Spain, and is also famous for being the wife of the actor Chris Hemsworth.
After high school, she attended CEU San Pablo Universidad, where she studied journalism and attended acting classes. Later, she joined Teatro Cámara de Ángel Gutiérrez, a theater company in Madrid, and left college when she was offered a role in the long-running Spanish TV series Al salir de clase. In 2000, she starred in the TV series Queen of Swords as Señora Vera Hidalgo. She also had a recurring role in the television series Los Serrano, playing teacher Raquel, who fell in love with her student Marcos.
