Prior to joining her current station, she worked for WSVN Channel 7 in Miami, as a line producer. In addition, she is well known as the wife of Tom LIamas. Tom is a well-known journalist who has won multiple Emmy Awards for his reporting.
She is a proud graduate of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism. After graduating, she began her career as a production assistant for MSNBC in Secaucus, New Jersey. Later on, she worked as an associate producer for NBC News. Llamas has been a line producer for WSVN Channel since 2005.
Having left Miami, Florida in 2008, she has worked as an MSNBC dayside segment producer since 2009. The following year, she was promoted to line producer and was hired as a senior producer for NewsNation with Tamron Hall in 2014.
