Kellie Miller is an American journalist who is currently working as an anchor and reporter at WAFF 48 News since joining the station in June 2020. Miller comes to WAFF 48 News from USC Annenberg Media where she worked as a reporter from September 2019 – May 2020.
After high school, she moved to Los Angeles where she attended and graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s degree. Immediately after her graduation, she was on her way to Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism where she earned her master’s degree.
While in school, Miller interned at KTTV Fox 11 and Spectrum News SoCal 1. Furthermore, she worked as Annenberg Media’s weekly news anchor and reporter where she reported on many national and international stories. She reported the 2019 California Wildfires, the death of Kobe Bryant, and the Varsity Blues Scandal.
She looks forward to covering a variety of topics at WAFF but is excited about breaking news and community-driven stories. Besides journalism, she is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys running, hiking, and exploring.
