Lil Uzi Vert is a famous American rapper, singer, and songwriter who was born and raised in Philadelphia. He debuted after the release of his commercial mixtape Luv is Rage (2015). This opened him to a recording contract with Atlantic Records signing under DJ Drama’s Generation Now Imprint.

Uzi further attracted mass attention after the launch of his debut single “Money Longer” in 2016. This hit rose to number 54 on the Billboard Hot 100 later getting certified double platinum.
