Joseph graduated from Florida International University with a degree in information technology and a minor in journalism. While pursuing her IT degree, Joseph interned at WTVJ-NBC6 in Miami.
Marcine is also an Emma Bowen Foundation Fellow, which means she has gotten extensive training in the journalism industry and the technology that is employed in it.
