Matt Renoux is an American journalist who is currently working as a reporter at 9NEWS in Denver, Colorado since joining the station in 1999. Within 6 years he became what was then called a One Man Band.
In addition, he is one of the few journalists in the country who also runs a satellite truck shooting his own live shots. In today’s world, that term is called backpack journalist which means he continues to work alone but is supported beyond measure by many talented journalists at the main office in Denver.
A Colorado native, Matt grew up in Pueblo where most of his family still lives. He is a proud graduate of Colorado State University. When off his duties, Matt loves traveling and watching community plays. He also loves to ski and hike like many in Colorado.
