Megan Glaros is an American meteorologist working as a freelance broadcast meteorologist and a weekend morning meteorologist for CBS WBBM 2 Evening News based in Chicago, Illinois. Formerly, she worked as a weekend meteorologist and entertainment reporter for WCBS-TV based in New York.
Additionally, she began her career in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Later, she moved to Baltimore, Maryland where she worked for Sinclair Broadcast Group, forecasting for almost five cities. She later became the Local 10-morning news meteorologist and host of Sports Jam Live after she moved to South Florida.
Moreover, she has made coverage of the very active hurricane seasons of the past few years. She covered Hurricanes, Katrina, Wilma, and Rita among others. She was very glad to fill in on Good Morning America while she worked in Miami. Later in May 2008, she joined WCBS-TV where she worked as an entertainment reporter and the weekend meteorologist. Megan is a member of the National Weather Association.
For her high school, she attended Lake Central High School. While there, she used to do professional modeling. In addition, she joined Texas Christian University and later Indiana University where she studied journalism and atmospheric science.
