Patrice Lovely is an American Film and television actor who rose to fame for playing her famous Hattie Mae Love character in Tyler Perry’s A Madea Film series. She also plays Hattie’s role in a famous American sitcom called Love Thy Neighbor from 2013 to 2017. Patrice has appeared on A Madea Halloween, Boo2!, A Madea Halloween and A Madea Family Funeral which was released in 2019 as Tyler Perry’s latest film project. She also played other roles in films like Je’Caryous Johnson’s Marriage Material (2013) and made guest appearances on shows like The Haves and the Have Nots.
Lovely was born and raised in Mississippi United but moved to Atlanta to pursue a career in acting. She finished her high school and middle school education in her hometown. Lovely then graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from Alabama State University where she also participated in plays and other drama projects.
