Randi Hildreth is an American journalist who presently works as a news reporter for Fox 35 Orlando, WOFL-TV. In October 2021, she began working as a roaster for the station. Previously, from October 2019 to October 2021, she worked as a general assignment reporter for WBRC Fox 6 News in Birmingham, Alabama.
Hildreth began her career in media as a morning producer for Good Day Alabama. She was born and raised in Georgia, although she spent many of her childhood vacations and summers in Alabama. She also has relatives in Birmingham, Huntsville, and Montgomery, Alabama.
Randi earned a degree in digital and broadcast journalism from the University of Georgia and graduated with honors. She was a member of the National Association of Black Journalists, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the Pamoja Dance Company, and served as president of her Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated collegiate chapter during her stay at the university.
Randi worked at WSFA 12 News in Montgomery from June 2017 to October 2019 before joining WBRC. She covered a variety of topics during her time there, including Hurricane Michael, serving on the Go Team and providing Hurricane Florence coverage in Wilmington, North Carolina, and interviewing Oprah on her brief visit to the Wiregrass region.
From June 2014 thru June 2017, Hildreth worked as a producer for Fox 6 WBRC. From May 2012 to May 2014, she served as a teacher for Teach for America, a non-profit organization. She was a ninth-grade English teacher at Wilson High School in Florence, SC.
