Tamica Lee is an American journalist who is currently working as an anchor at WGNO in New Orleans. She officially joined this station in May 2017. Prior to joining this station, she worked for a period of eight years as a traffic reporter at WWL-TV.
Lee attended and graduated from Ursuline Academy in New Orleans. Later on, she enrolled at the University of Louisiana in 1997, where she studied for four years and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Mass Communication.
Lee gained her fame by working as a co-host of “News With a Twist”. News With a Twist was a show that aired on WGNO an ABC affiliate in New Orleans. Currently, she features among the stars on “South Charm, New Orleans” a reality show also airing on WGNO-26. Throughout her career, she has worked as a reporter, anchor, producer, and television host.
