Tashera Simmons is an American reality TV star and Internet personality who rose to fame as the ex-wife of famous American musician DMX. She is also known for making regular appearances on reality TV shows like Uncensored, Starter Wives and Iyanla’s Fix My Life. Simmons began a relationship with DMX when she was eighteen years old but the two met when she was just eleven years old.
Simmons was born and raised in the southern suburbs of New York City called Yonkers. She grew up with both parents and seven siblings Therefore, life for Tashera and her family wasn’t that easy. However, her parents did their best to provide what was enough for Tashera and her siblings. Simmons finished her high school and middle school education in her hometown.
