Tim Furlong Biography
Tim Furlong is an American journalist currently working as the Delaware Bureau weekday evening reporter for NBC10 since joining the station in 2005. Furlong is a two-time Emmy Award winner and part of the NBC10 news team that won an Edward Murrow Award. In addition, he serves as an adjunct professor at Widener University.
A native of West Chester, Philadelphia, Tim attended St. Thomas the Apostle in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania and Salesianum school in 1992. He then joined the American University in Washington where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism.
