Tom Ellis Biography
Tom Ellis is a Welsh actor well known for playing the role of Lucifer Morningstar in the Netflix fantasy series Lucifer (2016) and Crisis on Infinite Earths. His other notable roles include the Hollywood Physician in the series Rush, Mark Etches in the supernatural drama The Fades and Gary Preston in the TV show Miranda.
Ellis went to Sheffield’s High Storrs School, he also played the French horn instrument in the City of Sheffield Youth Orchestra. Later on, Tom went to the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, Scotland graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Studies.
His breakout was in the BBC One sitcom Miranda (2010-2015) where he played the role of Gary Preston.
