Wendy Moniz is an American television actress who is known for her roles as Rachel McCabe in Nash Bridges, Louisa Archer in The Guardian, and as Dinah Marler in the CBS soap opera Guiding Light. Moniz has also been featured in other series like Betrayal, Yellowstone, and House of Cards among others. Prior to this, she was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, United States.
She completed her high school education at BMC Durfee High School before joining Siena College. Wendy graduated from college in 1991. Soon after graduation, she was featured in the CBS daytime soap opera Guiding Light where she played the role of Dinah Marler. For her role in the soap Moniz was nominated twice at Soap Opera Awards. She also starred in the CBS drama Pilot Partners as well as in a television film adaptation of Mitch Albom’s book Tuesdays with Morrie.
