Whitney Harding is an American journalist currently working as a sports reporter and weekend anchor at WCMH-TV, NBC4. Previously, Harding worked as a sports reporter and anchor in Louisville, Kentucky for over five years.
Whitney graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. She later joined Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism to pursue her Master of Science degree in Journalism, graduating in 2010.
During her undergraduate studies, Harding interned at KTVT-TV in Dallas, Fort Worth Area for 4 months. After her master’s degree, Whitney joined ETV Sports in Johannesburg, South Africa as a Graduate Student Resident for four months. Her next move landed her at CBS7, KOSA-TV where she started as a sports reporter and anchor and later became a sports director. She served the station for 3 years and 5 months.

Harding joined WHAS11 in Louisville, Kentucky as a sports reporter and anchor in May 2014 from Midland, Odessa where she spent three years working as a sports director for KOSA-TV. During her service, the station awarded her segment “Girl Power” which highlights the accomplishments and challenges of local female athletes.
