Previously, Whitney was a correspondent of CNN Newsource, delivering live reports and digital content for Newsource’s 1000+ local news partners. Prior to joining CNN, she worked as a special assignment reporter for WUSA-TV.
Whitney has earned a National Capital Chesapeake Bay Chapter Emmy Award for her reporting on discriminatory property advertising and rental practices affecting federally subsidized housing voucher holders.
