Adrianne Palicki is an American actress and model famous for her starring roles in Friday Night Lights, Barbara in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2014-2016), and Commander Kelly Grayson in The Orville (2017-present). She has also had supporting roles in the films Legion, Red Dawn, G.I. Joe: Retaliation, and John Wick (2014).
Adrianne was a series regular on the first three seasons of Friday Night Lights from 2006-2009, playing Tyra Collette. Later in early 2011, she returned for the final episodes of the series. Palicki made an appearance in the will. i.am music video “We Are the Ones” in support of Barack Obama in 2008.
In 2016, she was cast as Kelly Grayson in The Orville. The series premiered on September 10, 2017, and two seasons have aired on FOX. In addition, a third season began in June 2022 on Hulu. Palicki has also written comic books and in 2016, she collaborated with her brother, Eric in writing their first comic book, No Angel, published by Black Mask Studios.
