Allison Langdon is an Australian television presenter, reporter, journalist, and author. Presently, she hosts A Current Affair and is a presenter on 60 Minutes. Previously, Longdon worked as a co-host of Today alongside Karl Stefanonic and Weekend Today. She is also the Ambassador for R U Ok?, the Mirabel Foundation, and the Gidget Foundation.

While there she also traveled to places like Mexico and East Timor and even covered the report of the Northern Territory.

Besides that, she becomes the first Australian journalist on the ground following the Australian Embassy Bombing in Jakarta. At the end of 2014, she took over the court rounds for National Nine News and became a general reporter. In addition, Langdon also regularly appeared as a presenter in the National Nine New in shows like the Morning Edition and the Afternoon Edition. In 2007, she was selected to serve as a news presenter on Today, where later she was replaced by Georgie Gardner when she went on maternity leave.

Aside from her journalism career, Allison is also an author who published her called The Child Who Never Was, which was released in 2008. The book tells the story of the murder of newborn infant Tegan Lane by her mother Keli Lane. While still working at Nine News Bulletins and Today, Langdon also worked as a senior reporter in the Sydney newsroom. In 2010, while in South Africa for the FIFA World Cup, Langdon was the only Australian journalist to make it to Cameroon to cover the plane crash that killed six Australian mining executives. 

In 2011, she joined the Nine Network’s 60 Minutes program and became a reporter. Six years later, she served as co-host of f Weekend Today replacing Deborah Knight. She continued to work as a reporter on 60 Minutes as well as a presenter for Nine News Sydney and Today. In January 2020, she worked alongside Karl Stefanovic in the Today show. Now she served as host of A Current Affair after replacing Tracy Grimshaw.
