Annaliese Garcia is an American journalist currently working at WPLG, Local 10 News, as a reporter since January 2020. Previously, she worked at WBBH-TV, and NBC 2 News from March 2019 to November 2020 as a reporter covering crime and breaking news, while also editing using Edius.
Garcia began her career at Univision Local News Station as a multimedia journalist. She served as a one-woman band whereby she reported, and also edited general assignment stories. Additionally, at the station, she was also a courthouse researcher from August 2015 to February 2018.
Annaliese interned for beIN Sports, Miami, Fort Lauderdale area for one year from June 2014 to June 2015. Moreover, she also worked for WSVN Channel 7 as an intern from October 2012 to January 2013. Furthermore, Garcia is glad to be back in Miami and she has volunteered in activities such as being a mentor in the PEARS program from August 2011 to May 2013 and also a creator and coordinator of the dance program for Boyys and Girls Club.
While Garcia is not working, she likes spending quality time with her family and friends, traveling, teaching yoga classes, and spending time on the ocean shore.
