Brittany Matthews is a renowned American fitness entrepreneur and a former professional soccer player. She is famous as the girlfriend of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Previously, Brittany played professional soccer before quitting to become a fitness trainer. She started her own fitness program called Brittany Lynne Fitness.
Matthews attended Whitehouse High School where she met her future lover, Patrick Mahomes. She used to play soccer in high school, where she was also the team captain. Following her high school graduation, Brittany played college soccer at UT Tyler.
Later on, she was named to the ASC Academic All-Conference Team in her senior year at college. In addition, she won the American Southwest Conference Offensive in 2015.
Following her college graduation, Matthews signed up for professional soccer, signing up with UMF Afturelding in Iceland. She played for only one season in Iceland and by the end of the first season, her passion had grown in the field of fitness.
She hung her boots to become a fitness trainer, currently serving as a certified personal trainer. Moreover, she has established her own fitness business, Brittany Lynne Fitness where she uses her social media to promote the business. Matthews has also been working with the Lululemon collective.
Brittany also runs an Instagram account called Steel & Silver where she shares several photos of her two dogs. She further earned a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas.
