James Corden Biography
James Corden is an English actor, Reality Television personality, and comedian. He is the official host of The Late Late Show with James Corden, a late-night TV talk show which airs on CBS. He is also famous for winning two major awards; BAFTA Television Award for Best Comedy Performance for his work on BBC’s Gavin & Stacey and a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Play, One Man, Two Guvnors.
He joined Park Middle School for his education and, later, Holmer Green Upper School. Corden also attended the Jackie Palmer Stage School in High Wycombe with Eddie Redmayne, a future Academy winner.
He confessed that he realized his early calling at the age of 4 when a church congregation was laughing at his mischievous behavior in church during his sister’s Christening Ceremony. His early TV roles were featured in projects like; Boyz Unlimited (1999), Teachers (2001–03), and Fat Friends (2000–05).
His first appearance on TV was on the BBC’s Good Morning Show with Anne and Nick. He also featured in minor roles in both Out of Tunes and Renford Rejects. This was before his appearance in 6 episodes of the Boys Unlimited 1999.
Corden was the scriptwriter, creator, and co-producer of the Sitcom. Moreover, he has had other major roles in films like; Fat Friends from 2000-2005, Teachers from 2001-2003, and Gavin & Stacey from 2007-2010 through 2019.
James hosted the chat comedy show, James Corden’s World Cup Live in 2010 before succeeding Craig Ferguson as the host of his current show; American late-night talk show, The Late Late Show in 2015.
Corden is all around. Talking of music, he has featured on the UK chat ranking No.1 in the Unofficial anthem of the England football team for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, “Shout”.
