John Fenoglio is an American broadcast journalist who has been working as a general assignment reporter at KTLA 5 News since January 2016. Prior to joining KTLA, John worked as a general assignment reporter for KTRK in Houston. He also worked as a weekend anchor and multi-media journalist for KRON in San Francisco before joining KTRK. His previous experience also entails working as a West Coast correspondent for CBS Newspath.
Fenoglio joined KTLA 5 News in January 2016 to work as a general assignment reporter. Coming to the station, he had sufficient experience from KTRK, the ABC station in Houston where he worked as a general assignment reporter. In his hometown, John covered various stories including human smuggling from Mexico; Houston’s failed equal rights ordinance; and stories of heroism and tragedy during the Spring of 2015 when thunderstorms, tornadoes, and flooding pummeled southeast Texas.
Before joining the KTRK, Fenoglio worked as a weekend anchor and multimedia journalist for KRON in San Francisco. His previous experience includes working as a Los Angeles- based correspondent for Newspath. He also got international exposure from working as a West Coast correspondent for France 24 International News 24/7.
