Kevin Curry is an American Reality TV personality and founder of Fit Men Cook. Fit Men, Cook is an online community that inspires men and women to eat healthily and stay fit with food that is never boring. With over 2 million followers around the world, Curry is one of the most sought-after influencers in nutrition, fitness, health, and wellness.
Born in Philly and raised in Dallas, he grew up eating healthy and delicious soul food. This is one of the major factors that led to his career choice. He attended the University of Texas, Austin. While in college, he received the Rotary International Ambassador Culture Scholarship and lived in Quito, Ecuador. He lived here for half a year which led to him becoming fluent in Spanish. Curry says that the biggest lesson he learned was to always figure stuff out. With new resolve and determination, he went to a half-priced bookstore. He bought every book he could on dieting and nutrition as well as books he found inspirational.
During this time, he landed a job at Dell. He worked at Dell in marketing and communications and created the social media strategy for the billion-dollar company. Curry simultaneously launched his Tumblr blog and FitMenCook. He has the intention of starting a conversation about healthy eating. In an effort to save money, he started the blog to crowdsource his new diet.
