Previously, she served as a content creator and multimedia journalist for other media stations like the Boys and Girls Club TV network from 2011 to 2018. Kristian is also a trained and certified personal trainer who even teaches barre exercises on a part-time basis.
D’Amours was born and brought up in a suburban neighborhood situated in New York City. She grew up as a multitalented kid who loved appearing in talent shows and watching the evening news.
