Mike Iscovitz Biography
Mike Iscovitz is an American meteorologist who works as a weekday meteorologist for Fox 26 in Houston, Texas, from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m. In September of 2000, he joined the crew at the weather station. Iscovitz was the 69th individual in the United States to be recognized as an AMS Certified Meteorologist when he got the Meteorological Society Seal of Approval in 2001.
Despite joining Fox 26, he served as a weekend anchor at KLFY-TV in Lafayette, Los Angeles. He is a Florida native who attended Florida State University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology magna cum laude.
Iscovitz began his meteorological career as a weather intern at WSVN-TV in Miami and later as a student meteorologist at Florida State University. Mike moved to KLFY-TV in 1999. Iscovitz enjoys spending time with his wife and girls, working out, and practicing his guitar in his spare time.
