Scott McDonnell is an American journalist who currently serves as a co-anchor of WFXT Boston 25. He joined the station from WTNH-TV the ABC affiliate in Connecticut where he worked as a news anchor covering the 6 pm newscast.
Prior to joining WTNH-TV, he was a reporter and anchor in Kansas City at KMBC-TV and Orlando at KMBC-TV, where he covered everything from tornadoes to tropical storms. In addition, he was in Florida during the 2012 presidential election.
When not working, Scott loves spending time on local lakes. Scott attended the Harrington School of Communications. He also graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Communications and a Minor in Philosophy.
