Stacey Baca is an American veteran journalist who reports, anchors and stays connected on Twitter and Facebook. She currently anchors the weekend newscasts on ABC 7 News on Saturday and Sunday mornings alongside Mark Rivera, having joined the station in June 2002.

She is a versatile reporter who covers diverse stories ranging from breaking news, crime, education, politics, and feature stories. In addition, Baca contributes to the afternoon newscasts and often reports on ABC 7 News at 10.

Immediately after her graduation, she was hired by the Denver Post as a staff writer serving between 1992 and 1996. During her service, she unveiled information about the local militia movements and detailed how HIV/AIDS was affecting the Latino community.

Throughout her career, Baca has received numerous awards and recognition from the Associated Press as well as the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS). In addition, she is a member of NATAS and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
